Regarding the safety standards for bungee jumping

Bungee jumping is an activity that offers extreme thrills, but safety is paramount. At our facility, all operations and equipment management are conducted in accordance with globally recognized safety standards.

European standards (EN standards)

In particular, life-saving equipment such as harnesses, carabiners, and ropes are required to comply with EN or CE markings, and strict standards for strength, durability, and design are defined.

New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 5848:2000)

In New Zealand, the first country in the world to start commercial bungee jumping,AS / NZS 5848: 2000 There is a specific standard for this.
This standard meticulously defines rules for everything from the design and operation of the jumping platform to the rope replacement cycle and daily inspections and records, making it a benchmark not only in New Zealand but also in the global bungee jumping industry.

American standards (ASTM International)

In the United States ASTM International (formerly American Society for Testing and Materials) by F24 Series Standard Exists.
This standard covers safety criteria for amusement parks and adventure facilities in general, and includes bungee jumping. It comprehensively defines everything from design and operation to staff training.

Our initiatives at this facility

At our facility, we implement a higher level of safety management, referencing international standards from Europe, New Zealand, and the United States .

• Daily equipment inspection(Bungee cord, harness, rope, carabiner, platform)
• Periodic strength testing(Load testing exceeding the standard)
• Thorough staff training(Rescue Training and Emergency Response Manual)
• All activities are double-checked by two people.
  　→ Having two people verify the system ensures greater security. Furthermore, the system is always equipped with a backup in addition to the main system, guaranteeing 120% security.
