🌧️ Cancellation decision due to bad weather

Gravitate Osaka's activities generally proceed even in rainy weather. We operate even in normal wind and rain. If you cancel at your own discretion, a cancellation fee will be charged according to our cancellation policy. If Gravitate Osaka determines that it is not possible to conduct the activity, we will contact you as soon as possible. In that case, the activity fee will be refunded.

🎟️ About cancellation coupons

The cancellation coupon can also be used at our sister facility, Chichibu Geo Gravity Park. Please note that this is an activity-only ticket and cannot be used for purchases at other shops within the facility.
